If you are studying for your technician amateur license or are interested in learning more to obtain your license, then this class is for you. We will cover the topics for the test as a class, and answer questions as we go through the content. You will still need to study on your own, and we recommend using a website like https://hamstudy.org/ or an app like Ham Radio Exam – Tech for iOS and Android. We will supply a printed list of the question pool for those that need to study paper copies. You can also order books from ARRL with questions, answers, and explanations.

Class session dates:

Saturday October 10, 2020 4pm – 7pm

Saturday October 17, 2020 4pm – 7pm

Saturday October 24, 2020 4pm – 7pm

This class is free of charge and is provided by the Lubbock Amateur Radio Club in Lubbock, TX held at the Noble Stidham Memorial Club House at 1108 98th Street, Lubbock, TX 79423.

If you have any questions email clifford.colvin@gmail.com

We will also provide a testing session on October 24, 2020 at the end of the class for any participants that wish to take the exam.
